RO water purifier repair in Delhi starts with a ₹299 check-up that tests the adapter, pump, solenoid valve, filters and membrane, then measures TDS on both sides. You get the fault and a written quote on your booking before any repair starts, and the ₹299 comes off the final bill if you approve the work. Open same-day slots show at booking. A filter check-up also costs ₹299, wall fitting is ₹499, and the repair stays under a 30-day warranty.

Is your home RO, UV or UF water purifier giving trouble? The technician visits, pinpoints what has gone wrong and shares a quote in writing before anything is repaired. Say yes to the work and your ₹299 is adjusted in the final repair bill.

The technician comes home to look over the filters, membrane and UV lamp, tests the water for TDS and points out which filters are due for a change. You get the quote in writing before a single filter is replaced.

We put up your wall-mounted water purifier, new or old, then hook it up to power and your water line.

Your purifier and its pressure tank sit out of sight in the kitchen cabinet, while a separate tap goes on the counter. This is the fitting job for under-the-counter models.

Safe disconnection and removal of your water purifier, whether it sits on a wall or inside a cabinet.
FixThat water purifier services cover home RO, UV and UF purifiers. All six repair faults start with the same check-up, and the repair itself is priced after diagnosis.
| Problem | Likely cause | What to book | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Water leaking from the purifier | Loose pipe joint, worn O-ring or cracked housing | RO repair check-up, water leakage | ₹299 |
| Low or no water flow | Low tank pressure, choked filters or a clogged membrane | RO repair check-up, low or no water flow | ₹299 |
| Bad taste, smell or high TDS | Spent carbon filter, dirty tank or tired membrane | RO repair check-up, bad taste, smell or high TDS | ₹299 |
| Noise, or tank not filling | Vibrating pipe, weak pump, solenoid valve or float | RO repair check-up, noise or tank not filling | ₹299 |
| Not starting, no lights | Adapter, switch or the power supply | RO repair check-up, not starting or no power | ₹299 |
| More than one fault, or not sure | Found during the check-up | RO repair check-up, not sure | ₹299 |
| Purifier works, filters may be due | Normal wear on filters, membrane or UV lamp | RO filter check-up | ₹299 |
| New or old purifier for the wall | Fitting, not a fault | Wall-mounted RO installation | ₹499 |
| Purifier inside the kitchen cabinet | Fitting, with pressure tank and counter tap | Under-the-counter RO installation | ₹649 |
| Moving house or changing purifier | Taken down, water line capped | RO uninstallation | ₹449 |
The check-up takes about 45 minutes and covers:
Where the water appears tells you most of the story. A steady drip at a push-fit joint usually means the pipe has slipped or was not cut square. Water between a filter housing and its cap points to a worn O-ring. A hairline crack cannot be tightened away, so the housing is replaced.
Water from the top of the purifier is a different fault. The tank is overfilling, so the check moves to the float and the solenoid valve, which should stop the flow once the tank is full.
Pressure can cause repeat leaks. Some Delhi homes run a pressure pump on the kitchen line, and Aquaguard requires a pressure reducing valve above 3 kg/cm² on its RO models. If a joint keeps failing, ask the professional to check the supply pressure too.
If the purifier is dry and the wall behind it stays damp, the leak is in the wall or a nearby pipe, so book plumbing services in Delhi instead.

Start with the supply, because it costs nothing to check. Aquaguard's own checklist asks whether the overhead tank has water and whether the main tap is open. If the kitchen tap runs well but the purifier gives a trickle, the pressure reaching it may be too low.
Height matters here. Kent's ACE Plus manual asks for the raw water tank to sit at least 10 ft above the purifier. A top-floor kitchen on a Delhi builder floor can sit only a few feet below the terrace tank, so a purifier there may struggle even with a full tank. Aquaguard recommends a booster pump below 0.3 kg/cm².
If pressure is fine, Eureka Forbes lists the next suspects as clogged pre-filters, a blocked membrane or a pump fault. Kent says filter life depends on raw water quality and use, so a dirty overhead tank can choke a filter early.
Output also drops in cold water, so a slower purifier in January is not always a fault. If the supply itself is short, that complaint goes to the Delhi Jal Board, not to a purifier repair.
Water running to the drain: an RO sends reject water out while it fills, and Kent's ACE Plus lists up to 60% reject water. It should stop once the tank is full. If it runs on, suspect the solenoid valve, float, check valve or a high-pressure switch.
Under-the-counter tanks: these hold water under air pressure. Once the bladder inside fails, the tank will not hold its charge, flow at the tap fades quickly and the tank needs replacing.
Noise: some pipe vibration is normal while the tank fills. A rattle that grows, or a pump that keeps running with a full tank, needs the repair check-up.
No lights or sound: try the socket with a phone charger first. Many purifier pumps run on low voltage through an adapter, so a dead adapter can look like a dead machine. If several sockets fail, book electrical services in Delhi first.
Beeping or a locked purifier: this may not be a breakdown. The Kent ACE Plus sounds an alarm after 700 hours of use and stops if filters are not changed within 60 more hours. Aquaguard's NXT shows LED error signals for a UV lamp fault and for no input water.
Taste and smell usually start after the membrane. Eureka Forbes names a spent carbon filter, biofilm in pipes and a dirty storage tank. Water left in the tank too long can also taste off with nothing broken.
High TDS needs two readings, because a higher output has three likely causes. Your supply may have changed, say from Jal Board water to a tanker or borewell. The membrane may be wearing out. Or the TDS controller may be set too far open.
That last one is easy to miss. Kent and Aquaguard purifiers have an adjuster that blends minerals back into the output. Aquaguard ships it fully closed, and opening it raises output TDS, so a reading that jumps after a service may need resetting, not a new membrane. Its manual reserves this adjustment for its own technician.
A TDS tester has limits. Kent notes it cannot identify bacteria or individual chemical contaminants, so a low reading does not show the water is free of them.

The groundwater numbers apply to borewell water and tankers drawn from the ground, not to every Jal Board tap. The Central Ground Water Board reports salt as electrical conductivity (EC), a different scale from TDS, so test your own water before comparing it with a model's limit.
This is the filter service side of a repair. Part prices depend on the model, so any filter or part goes on your written quote first. The ₹299 RO filter check-up tells you which filters are due. Your own manual overrides the timing below.
| Part | What it does | Sign of trouble | What makers say |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sediment filter | Stops mud, rust and fine particles | Slow flow, dirty housing | Kent ACE Plus: every 12 months or at the filter alarm |
| Carbon filter | Takes out taste and smell | Bad taste or odour | Same Kent schedule, shorter on poor water |
| RO membrane | Removes dissolved salts | Output TDS climbing, low flow | Kent ACE Plus: once a year |
| UV lamp | Treats germs in the water | UV alarm or error light | Kent ACE Plus: once a year |
| Booster pump | Pushes water through the membrane | Humming, rattling, no output | On fault, no fixed schedule |
Check the brand warranty first. Aquaguard's terms exclude faults from repairs or alterations by others, and from re-installation at a different location. Kent's ACE Plus manual calls filters and membranes consumables, yet offers free cleaning, repair or replacement if a filter chokes within six months or a membrane within a year. If your purifier is new, call the brand before booking.
Out of warranty, a repair usually makes sense for an adapter, solenoid valve, float or leaking joint. These are small parts on a sound machine. A pump plus a membrane plus a full filter set is different, so set that quote against the price of a new purifier.
Replacing makes more sense when the model does not suit your water. If input TDS or hardness is above the model's limit, a new membrane faces the same load, and Aquaguard says not to install where TDS is above its specification. The same applies to a UV or UF model after a move to borewell or tanker water, since neither lowers TDS.
Salty water also leaves scale elsewhere in the house, which is where geyser repair and washing machine repair come in. Bookings on FixThat go through ProNearMe, which runs this site, so the professionals, prices and support match. The About page has the details.
Wall-mounted RO installation is ₹499 and takes about an hour. The purifier goes on its own bracket, the inlet joins your water line through a diverter valve, and the drain pipe runs to the nearest outlet. It ends with a first flush, a leak check and an output TDS test.
Under-the-counter RO installation is ₹649 and takes about 90 minutes. The purifier and pressure tank go inside the cabinet, the drain joins the sink drain, and a faucet hole is made on the counter or sink where possible.
Placement causes later faults. Kent asks for raw water and a drain within 3 m, and for wall mounting, not wooden or metal stands. Aquaguard warns against direct sunlight, and says a hot water tap can damage the filters.
RO uninstallation is ₹449 and takes about 30 minutes. The purifier comes off the wall or out of the cabinet and the open water line is capped. Brand warranties can depend on who installs, so read yours before moving a covered purifier.

Yes. Our water purifier services and the repair check-up cover home RO, UV and UF purifiers.
Check for a change in water source first, then the TDS controller, especially after a recent service. If neither changed, the membrane is the next suspect.
No. Kent notes a TDS tester cannot identify bacteria or individual chemical contaminants. The UV lamp and filters are checked separately during a filter check-up.
Follow your model's manual and filter alarm. Kent's ACE Plus says 12 months or at the alarm, and Eureka Forbes says 6 months to 2 years, depending on use and water quality.
It depends on the water and the model. Delhi groundwater varies widely, and limits differ: 1,500 mg/litre TDS on Kent's ACE Plus and 2,000 mg/L on Aquaguard's Delight NXT RO. Test your borewell water first.
Call the Delhi Jal Board on 1916, which lists dirty water complaints at 24 hours. A purifier cannot fix the supply, so report it before you book filter work.
It can. Some brands, including Aquaguard, exclude faults from repairs by others, so call the brand first if the purifier is under warranty.
It covers the repair work done by FixThat for 30 days, so keep your invoice. Brand warranties on the purifier and its parts run separately on their own terms.
Yes. Book RO uninstallation at ₹449 at the old flat and wall-mounted installation at ₹499 at the new one. Under-the-counter fitting is priced separately in the list.
